Robbie has served clients that range in size from start-ups to over 6 Billion in annual revenue. Her prior work experience includes Ernst & Young Audit (including nonprofit audits), Internal Revenue Service Field Agent and various Controllership roles in Corporate America, including traditional and Real Estate Private Equity. She has combined professional work experience of over 25 years. Her branding or specialty is in tax consulting, planning & tax preparation, restructuring operations, re-engineering processes, technical accounting research and application, including revenue recognition, project management and talent development. In addition, Robbie consults with the SBA, Urban League, Chambers of Commerce (GA/OH), and other community based organizations on financial and tax issues regarding business issues and compliance.

Isiah Gilbert has over 8 years of experience in business management, tax and finance. He has worked full time with RTW for the last 2 years and part time since inception. Isiah worked in Logistics as a Manager for UPS, HomeGoods and most recent last position was with DHL before coming on board full time with RTW. Isiah is a strong innovative financial and strategic leader with both instincts and intellect, a formidable combination in the business world. He has served in leadership positions, currently trains interested investors how to read financial charts and will graduate in Accounting in 2021 and then pursue CPA licensure.

Chance Harvey

Chance Harvey begin with RTW in 2020, primarily responsible for all bookkeeping and reconciling clients accounts. Chance brings more than 3 years experience in management with direct reports of up to 20. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of West Georgia in business management but has returned to UGW to obtain an undergraduate degree in Accounting (double major) with a graduation date of December 2020 and will continue on to obtain his MBA and CPA. Chance is very driven, dedicated, committed and results oriented.
